At a young age, Jesse’s creativity occurred for designing and constructing on his grandparent’s farm and has come to fruition with the culmination of an Architectural Engineering degree, a B.A. in Environmental Design, and a Master of Architecture. He has worked alongside professionals in Honduras on community projects for underprivileged communities and fulfilled his desire to make a difference in the world through architecture and social impact within these communities. His wide range of views allowed him to be a Graduate Teaching Assistant to pass along his interest in design and construction to his fellow students and assist in more outdoor spaces for impoverished communities.
Jesse has tenure with leading architecture firms in the south, working on mixed-use, residential and commercial structures. These details and experience bring extensive knowledge, expertise, and a broad outlook to our team at Carlton Edwards. His direct interaction with clients and project teams through all the phases of a design and build project strengthens the team making him a valuable part of the partnership.
Jesse likes challenges and reports, ”I want to tackle the most complex problem on a project and solve it.”
When Jesse is not in the field, he is bicycling, traveling, gardening, or honing his photography skills.
