Ezra Elam is an accomplished project architect with nearly a decade of experience in residential and commercial architecture. Joining Carlton Edwards’ Memphis studio, Ezra brings a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting spaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality.
A licensed architect since 2019, Ezra’s portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects, including high-end residential homes, historic renovations, and commercial spaces. Notable projects include transforming a Broad Avenue retail space, a sporting goods headquarters in Arkansas, and bespoke residential designs. His hands-on experience in design and construction administration ensures that each project exceeds client expectations.
Ezra’s architectural journey began with an apprenticeship in carpentry, sparking a lifelong commitment to thoughtful design. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture and Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he developed the critical thinking and technical skills that define his approach today.
At Carlton Edwards, Ezra is eager to contribute to the firm’s legacy of exceptional architecture, particularly in the Memphis architecture scene. He values the collaborative environment and the opportunity to work on innovative projects that elevate design into a transformative experience.
