This is a creative process based both on our experience of the construction market coupled with innovative architectural design solutions. This work enables us to track the budget throughout the project and develop cost controls and (weekly) reporting and includes (forecast budget, value engineering, cost-plus billing, additional work authorization, monthly budget reconciliation and working construction budget)
