We are pleased to share with you SyleBlueprint’s walk through our Midtown Memphis renovation project. The home, a 1920’s duplex, is located in Memphis’ Evergreen Historic District. In order to maintain the home’s traditional charm, architect Jeff Edwards’ created a design which reflects the history of the home and community rather than attempt to compete with or overly-modernize the space.
As a result, the Evergreen home maintains its timelessness, with original woodwork and pine floors throughout, elegant yet simple furnishings, and a classic kitchen with modern amenities.
